Job summary

Visioneering, Inc. in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a Senior Sales Estimator to provide material cost estimates for quotes and proposals. You will bridge Sales, Engineering, Processing, and Purchasing to capture cost drivers, supplier pricing, lead times, and commercial conditions.

The role requires deep knowledge of tooling production, CATIA/Enovia familiarity, and strong communication. This is a direct-hire position in a stable, growth-focused aerospace tooling company offering competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must understand Statement of Work and print reading.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• CAD experience and tooling knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate work and material content for RFQ.
• Build manufacturing plan to include labor, material, and outside process costs.
• Maintain knowledge of tool manufacturing market and suppliers.
• Communicate with Sales about estimates and requirements.
• Interact with customers on questions or requirements.
• Review projects for quality risks and lessons learned.
