Qualifications

• A four-year Engineering degree with 8 years in Aerospace Engineering, or 12 years in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in tool design and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates engineering team activities for tool design and manufacture.
• Plans, directs, and monitors technical activities to meet estimates and budgets.
• Develops manufacturing, engineering and quality process standards.
• Administers personnel functions including recruiting and performance evaluations.
• Identifies and solves problems with root cause corrective actions.
