Qualifications

• Experience with tooling design for aerospace components and familiarity with blueprints, Catia data sets, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train engineering teams to design, plan, process, and test tooling and fixtures for aircraft components.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure tooling meets customer and quality requirements at minimum cost.
• Develop and implement process standards, monitor performance to budgets and schedules, and drive cost reduction.
