Job summary

Magee Technologies (MTech) is hiring a Senior Aerospace Systems Engineer to support U.S. military aircraft platforms.

You will translate requirements into executable technical specifications and work with program offices, subcontractors, and cross‑functional teams to ensure airworthiness, cybersecurity awareness, and compliance with Navy program expectations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience with military aircraft, aerospace systems, or complex technical systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Government stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards and program goals.
• Lead systems engineering activities across the full lifecycle including requirements management and verification.
• Define, analyze, and manage system-level requirements for aircraft subsystems.
• Develop system architectures, interface control documents, and technical baselines.
• Oversee system qualification including lab, ground, and flight test support.
• Conduct trade studies, risk assessments, and evaluations to support decisions.
• Support configuration management during development and sustainment.
• Prepare presentations and represent the team in technical reviews.
