• Experience leading operations improvement and due diligence in aerospace/defense/government sectors.
• Applied Lean Six Sigma to deliver measurable performance improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication for C-suite and investor audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements with tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more operations performance improvement engagements end to end for corporate A&D clients and private equity portfolio companies.
• Serve as the day-to-day face of the firm on engagements — owning scope, schedule, and deliverable quality.
• Direct engagement teams to diagnose operational issues and apply analytics to develop practical solutions.
• Set the quality bar for written deliverables and ensure findings land clearly with management and boards.
• Drive business development by converting delivery into follow-on work and leading proposal development.
• Provide internal leadership through apprenticeship, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Steward and strengthen the firm's operations methodologies and tools so lessons compound across engagements.
