Woodward seeks a Senior Strategic Product Technology & Capture Manager to lead strategic business development, market intelligence, and technology-driven product development in aerospace. You will shape opportunities, guide cross-functional teams, and collaborate with engineering, marketing, and executive leadership to secure profitable growth in aerospace and adjacent markets.

Qualifications

• Aerospace experience is required and highly valued.
• Engineering degree is required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant aerospace roles.
• Flight Control Actuation background is preferred.
• Hydraulic systems experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development, market growth, and product technology strategies.
• Assess market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through technical expertise.
• Lead capture planning and pursuit efforts, including proposal development.
• Develop system-level solutions and proposals for new programs.
• Craft messaging and value propositions to differentiate offerings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive pursuits and launches.
• Communicate market intelligence and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Establish industry partnerships and strategic alliances.
• Guide R&D investments aligned with future market opportunities.
• Oversee proposal development ensuring compliance and quality.
• Lead technical presentations and executive reviews with customers.
