Qualifications

• Strong Aerospace Experience.
• Engineering degree required.
• 5+ years experience in business development or capture.
• Flight Control Actuation Background helpful.
• Hydraulic systems experience advantageous.
• Proven proposal management and business capture experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development, market growth, and product tech strategies.
• Assess market opportunities, customer needs, industry trends and competition.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through technical insight and trust.
• Lead capture planning, win strategies, pricing, and proposal development.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for pursuits, launches, and growth programs.
• Communicate market intelligence and strategic recommendations to leadership.
