Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Senior R&D Engineer to research, design, analyze, and test parts, processes, or systems for new or improved products. The role spans multiple engineering domains with a focus on manufacturability and cost targets.

You will work with cross-functional teams, mentor others, and contribute to technology development across Parker’s next-generation products and manufacturing strategies. This is a full-time on-site role in Texas with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering (PE certificate optional).
• 7–9 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience taking parts from concept through prototyping to production.
• Knowledge of conventional manufacturing processes; AM knowledge preferred.
• Ability to apply broad engineering knowledge across domains.

Responsibilities

• Develops and analyzes products and systems to meet requirements.
• Designs, tests, and documents parts and processes across domains.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and customers as needed.
• Mentor and share specialized knowledge within the team.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and design reviews.
