  • Performs feasibility and trade studies using standard analytical methods.
  • Interprets test results and ensures conformity to qualification procedures.
  • Writes documentation and presents technical recommendations.
  • Contributes to project milestones including diagrams, data structures, and drawings.
  • Reviews product specifications for clarity and identifies engineering improvements.
  • Keeps knowledge up-to-date and mentors new employees.
  • Technical writing and presentation skills required.
  • Design & Development: create repair and inspection technologies.
  • Documentation & Compliance: ensure documentation is accurate.
  • Process Improvement: identify opportunities to improve repair-related products and services.
