Job summary

RAVE Aerospace LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Inspector to perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections on electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical assemblies. The role ensures parts meet drawings and specifications, and requires precise communication with production, project management, shipping/receiving, and quality management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Quality Inspection role.
• Experience in aerospace electromechanical quality control inspection.
• Experience working in an ISO 9001/AS9100 QMS environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests, inspections and measurements required by pre-defined instruction and/or experience.
• Inspect incoming raw materials, first article parts, in-process materials, and finished goods.
• Inspect both work in progress and completed tasks for compliance in accordance with Purchase Order Instructions, Design Drawings & Specifications, Quality Control Plan, Safety, and contractual requirements.
• Develop training and train junior individuals on inspection equipment and methods.
• Perform other quality-related tasks as assigned.
