Job summary

Boeing Global Services (BGS), Distribution Business, is seeking an Experienced Quality Inspector to join our team in Enfield, CT. This role verifies conformance to specifications, reviews certification documentation, and mentors the inspection team on dimensional checks and AS9100 compliance.

Required: 4+ years in QA inspection with calipers, gages, and reading drawings; proficiency with Outlook/Excel; willingness to pass color/near vision tests. 1st shift; US Person; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ related work experience using calipers, ring/pin gauges, comparator.
• 4+ years’ experience in QA inspection methods and procedures reading and interpreting drawings or blueprints
• Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements.
• Provides objective evidence of results.
• Segregates and controls non-conforming items; performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.
• Under limited supervision, inspects incoming parts/material and verifies certification; checks tools and indicators.
• Conducts dimensional inspections per design record and documented AQL levels; performs visual inspections for defects.
