Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience in aerospace or complex manufacturing.
• Knowledge of AS9100, FAA, ITAR is highly preferred.
• Experience with NPI, tooling, process development, or engineering change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple aerospace manufacturing projects from kickoff through completion and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Serve as a primary customer contact for project status, schedules, requirements, and issues.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and delivery performance.
• Identify project risks and develop corrective and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, tooling, process development, engineering changes, and customer requirements.
• Lead project meetings and communicate project status to management and stakeholders.
• Resolve issues that may impact schedule, cost, quality, or customer satisfaction.
• Ensure projects comply with applicable aerospace and customer requirements, including AS9100, FAA, ITAR, and customer-specific requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Maintain clear and accurate project documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
