Job summary

You will act as the focal point for customer communications and coordinate with IPTs to deliver on cost, schedule, and quality goals. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and program management skills with experience in aerospace/manufacturing and multi‑million dollar programs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in aerospace/manufacturing environment.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
• Experience managing programs with multi-million dollar scopes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point for customer communications and IPT leadership.
• Manage and track program cost, schedule and performance; interface with customers and internal teams.
• Lead contract review, negotiation planning and team negotiations.
• Coordinate with Operations for staffing, capital expenditures and maintenance planning.
• Provide financial visibility and assist with cash flow and invoicing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen and Lean activities.
