Responsibilities

• Manage communications and relationships with customers.
• Ensure customer requirements are met across departments.
• Lead Program Management and manage operational performance.
• Prepare negotiation plans and manage customer negotiations.
• Analyze contracts and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Oversee program financial performance and reports.
• Coordinate with Business Development for new opportunities.
