Job summary

ExoTerra Resource LLC is seeking a full-time purchasing professional to support procurement of electrical, mechanical and COTS parts for manufacturing and non-production orders. The candidate should have 5+ years of purchasing experience, be self-motivated, and experienced in manufacturing, with ERP and MS Office proficiency.

The role involves managing purchase orders, expediting deliveries, evaluating suppliers, and coordinating with Quality, Receiving and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience handling MRP-driven procurement and BOM maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Procure components, assembled parts, PCBs and machined components per MRP.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, both internally and externally.
• Expedite orders and monitor delivery performance.
• Provide cost, delivery, and risk information to internal teams.
• Coordinate supplier quality issues and corrective actions.
