Florida Turbine Technologies (FTT) in Jupiter, FL is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Sr Associate Engineer with 2–5 years of turbomachinery or related engine experience. The role offers growth toward technical expert or IPT lead, with responsibilities across BoMs, supplier relations, and interfacing with multiple functions.

Ideal candidates will have a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, CAD skills, and strong communication abilities for status updates and presentations.

Qualifications

• Support IPTs by setting up and maintaining BoMs and managing manufacturing- related activities.
• Interface with Quality Engineering to ensure product conformity and disposition of non-conforming material.
• Serve as interface between purchasing, design, manufacturing, and quality.
• Set and execute project schedules, provide weekly status, and determine solutions for non-conformances.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Bills of Materials (BoMs) for IPTs and suppliers.
• Coordinate with Quality Engineering to ensure products meet procedures.
• Act as liaison between purchasing, design, manufacturing and quality teams.
• Develop and track project schedules and status reports.
