Job summary

Florida Turbine Technologies (FTT) in Jupiter, Florida, is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead engineering programs in turbomachinery and power systems integration. The role requires a BS/MS/PhD in engineering and 5+ years of progressive project engineering experience, with strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and customer liaison skills.

You will coordinate design, analysis, procurement, assembly, and testing with cross-functional teams, manage scope and risks, and communicate

Qualifications

BS/MS/PhD in an engineering field with 5+ years progressive project engineering experience.
Experience coordinating design, analytical, procurement, assembly, and testing teams.
Turbomachinery experience and power systems integration with turbomachinery preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering projects including budget, schedule, and risk management.
Coordinate scope, resources, schedule, and performance with multiple stakeholders.
Interface with customers, vendors, and government personnel.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and deliverables.
Provide status updates and maintain project schedules.
