Fathom Recruitment seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to revolutionize aerospace production with data-driven workflows and scalable processes. You will model, simulate, and optimize manufacturing lines for electric aircraft, while coordinating with engineering, supply chain, and operations to ensure smooth execution.

You have 7+ years in advanced manufacturing, deep automation expertise, and a strong grasp of FAA Part 21 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related Engineering.
• 7+ years in advanced manufacturing, preferably aerospace or process optimization.
• Strategic, innovative, and data-driven mindset to drive efficiency.
• Expertise in process modeling, simulation, and scaling production with automation.
• Strong knowledge of FAA Part 21 and aerospace quality standards.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 tech, CATIA, SolidWorks, or ERP/MES systems.

Responsabilités

• Model workflows, crush bottlenecks, and design scalable solutions for new aircraft production.
• Implement advanced tooling, robotics, and automation to boost efficiency.
