Job summary

Marquee Staffing seeks a Manufacturing Engineer III to lead manufacturing planning, BOM creation, and tooling design for aerospace and military-application components. The role emphasizes mechanical and electromechanical parts, with experience in large-scale machining and finishing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or Aerospace Engineering preferred.
• 7-10 years of Manufacturing Engineering/configuration management experience.
• Strong ERP system experience, MIL-STD documentation familiarity, GD&T, ASME Y14.5.
• Ability to read/interpret mechanical and electromechanical drawings; knowledge of materials and processes.

Responsibilities

• Break down Mil-DoD and customer requirements per drawing to create manufacturing planning and BOMs.
• Design tooling/fixtures and liaise with manufacturing to improve processes and reduce time/cost.
• Support production to ensure parts are built to specifications and engineering documents.
• Prepare engineering changes to support manufacturing and quality of parts produced.
• Interact with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, materials and vendors.
