Job summary

Verify, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to review and approve AS9102-compliant FAIs for aerospace customers in Irving, TX. The role requires deep knowledge of FAIs, GD&T, and supplier documentation, with collaboration across customers and suppliers to ensure compliance and traceability.

The position entails supporting process improvements, mentoring teammates, and ensuring adherence to AS9102, AS9100 and related standards in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Weeks of experience in creating, reviewing or approving FAIs in aerospace/defense.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in documentation.
• Experience interpreting ASME/ASQ Y14.5 GD&T and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Review, approve, and audit FAIs in accordance with AS9102 standards.
• Review drawings, certificates, results, specifications and certifications for FAIs.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability between customer data and supplier evidence.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and customers to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide guidance on FAI processes and support continuous improvement.
