Jobot is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead the development of aerospace valves, pumps and related components in Santa Monica. The role emphasizes product development, CAD modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer specifications.

You will use AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Inventor to create precise 3D models and drawings, apply GD&T, and work with manufacturing to ensure high-quality, reliable designs for critical aerospace applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience focused on product development and management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Inventor; strong GD&T knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop aerospace valves, pumps, and related components.
• Create 3D models and drawings using CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor).
• Apply GD&T to ensure precision and tolerance.
• Collaborate with product management to define specifications and requirements.
• Perform testing and analysis to verify performance and reliability.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure quality and manufacturability.
• Stay updated on aerospace industry trends and apply to designs.
