GE Aerospace is seeking an X-bat Customer Integration Engineer to lead complex technical integration projects, interfacing directly with customer engineering teams in Ohio. You will design, implement, test, and support integration efforts, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction throughout deployment.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and travel as needed to support customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing technical role such as integration engineer or solutions architect.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical integration of X-bat solutions from planning to post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to capture requirements and workflows.
• Develop detailed integration plans ensuring clear communications between GE and customer IPTs.
• Provide expert technical guidance during all phases and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Conduite technical workshops and training on GE product capabilities and integration methodologies.
• Coordinate with product development, Systems Engineering, and support teams to relay customer feedback and align roadmaps.
• Document integration processes and create knowledge bases for repeatable methodologies.
• Identify potential challenges and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
