Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Technical Leader to drive major X-bat integration projects, interfacing with customer teams and GE product/engineering groups. You will manage planning, design, implementation, testing, and post- deployment support with a focus on seamless integration and operational excellence.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication, with travel as needed to support customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as integration engineer, solutions architect, or field applications engineer, preferably within the aerospace or high-tech industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical integration of X-bat solutions for the customers, from initial planning and design to implementation, testing, and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate closely with customer engineering teams to understand their existing infrastructure, technical requirements, and operational workflows.
• Develop and execute detailed integration plans, for ensuring efficient and accurate communications between GE and customer IPT's.
• Lead proposal activities for new or modified work scope
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to customer during all phases of integration, troubleshooting complex issues and offering solutions.
• Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for customer teams on GE product capabilities, key processes, best practices, and integration methodologies.
• Work cross-functionally with GE Aerospace product development, Systems Engineering and support teams to convey customer feedback, influence product roadmaps, and ensure alignment.
• Document integration processes, configurations, and solutions to create comprehensive knowledge bases and repeatable methodologies.
• Proactively identify potential integration challenges and work with customers to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration tools, processes, and documentation.
