Job summary

Kids for the Future in Willoughby, OH is seeking highly experienced CNC Machinists for a fast-growing aerospace production environment. You will set up and operate CNC machines to meet strict aerospace tolerances and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of CNC experience, strong milling/turning skills, and familiarity with Mastercam. 2nd shift offers a 10% shift premium, lunch paid and Fridays off. U.S. export regulations apply for eligibility.

Qualifications

Operate and maintain CNC machinery in a high-precision aerospace environment.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sample parts to ensure conformance.
Use precision measuring instruments to inspect finished components and ensure quality.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines to produce precision parts.
Monitor and adjust machining processes to meet tight specifications.
Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality control to troubleshoot issues and ensure first-pass yield.
Maintain accurate quality records and document work in the ERP system.
Train junior machinists and support continuous improvement initiatives.
