Qarbon Aerospace, a premier manufacturer of composite components and assemblies for commercial and military aircraft, is seeking an Assembly Operator. You will perform a variety of assembly operations, read blueprints, make setups and adjustments, and hold tolerances to specifications.

You may assist with testing, data recording, and quality verification as part of a continuous improvement mindset. 3 to 5 years of experience and US citizenship or permanent residency per ITAR are required; an

Qualifications

• US citizen or permanent resident per ITAR requirements
• Active clearance highly preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing/assembly
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of assembly operations on sub-assemblies and assemblies
• Make setups and adjustments, holding tolerances to blueprints
• Run tests, troubleshoot, and document results
• Assist with inventory and cycle count and report variances
• Support continuous improvement and data collection
