Job summary

Qarbon Aerospace in Red Oak, TX is seeking an assembly operator to support the manufacture of aerospace components. The role requires performing assembly operations, building parts to blueprints, and ensuring quality through inspections and test steps.

Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience, must be a US citizen or green card holder per ITAR, and active clearance is highly preferred. Occasional inventory tasks and report generation may be part of duties.

Qualifications

• Experience with assembling components to blueprints and work instructions.
• Ability to perform setups, adjustments, and quality checks.
• Familiar with testing and data collection for assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies per work instructions.
• Set up and adjust fixtures, maintaining blueprint tolerances.
• Perform tests on fluids and electrical systems and troubleshoot.
• Prepare reports and suggest improvements from collected data.
• Monitor quality via SPC or equivalent procedures.
• Assist with inventory and cycle counting.
