Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Aeronautical Engineer Sr Stf to lead the Design Process Integration (DPI) Team. You will shape engineering design policies, procedures, and data management across LM Aeronautics.

In this role you will coordinate DPI activities, configure PLM tools, manage risks, and drive continuous improvements for the engineering design community while collaborating with project engineers and stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft/air vehicle engineering development projects.
• Experience with release and change management systems or drawing/document systems used at Lockheed Aeronautics.
• Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Project management experience with reporting and presentations.
• US citizenship or eligibility to work in US.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DPI team’s process integration efforts and coordinate PLM tool configuration.
• Coordinate DPI team activities to meet project goals, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop, document, and maintain engineering functional processes and command media.
• Resolve process problems and drive continuous improvement for the engineering design community.
• Report status, manage risks and opportunities, and collaborate with other project engineers.
