Analytical-Mechanics-Associates,-Inc.- seeks two Aeroelastic Leads to own the aeroelastic and unsteady-aerodynamic content of a flight dynamics module for a flight simulator training platform, spanning modeling, validation, and integration across subsonic and transonic regimes.

You will translate high-fidelity analyses into reduced-order models for real-time integration, drive V&V plans, mentor engineers, and deliver validated data packages for the simulator, ensuring fidelity that matters for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science Degree plus 8-15 years' work experience.
• Master's of Science Degree plus 6-13 years' work experience.
• PhD plus 3-10+ years' work experience.

Responsibilities

• Aeroelastic analysis & modeling across static and dynamic regimes.
• Unsteady aerodynamics and data-to-model translation for real-time use.
• Cross-discipline coordination with CFD/ Aero leads and FE inputs.
• Generate and interpret modal models and GVT-correlated FE models.
• Deliver validated aeroelastic data packages for the simulator.
