Analytical Mechanics Associates (AMA) is seeking two Aeroelastic Leads to own the aeroelastic and unsteady-aerodynamic content of a flight dynamics module for a flight simulator platform. You will model, validate, and translate aeroelastic behavior across subsonic and transonic regimes; ensure compatibility with FE models and wind-tunnel data; mentor engineers and provide clear status to leadership.

The roles involve collaboration with CFD and systems engineering to deliver validated data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) with 8+ years of aerospace experience.
• Advanced degrees preferred for leadership roles in aeroelastic analysis.
• US citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Lead static and dynamic aeroelastic analysis of airframe across regimes.
• Develop reduced-order models and validate aeroelastic data for simulator integration.
• Coordinate with CFD and aero team to define unsteady requirements and FE inputs.
• Deliver validated aeroelastic data packages to systems engineering for real-time flight dynamics.
