Job summary

Nortal is seeking a Senior AEM Fullstack Developer to architect, build and maintain scalable digital solutions using Adobe Experience Manager. You’ll bridge front-end and back-end, delivering end-to-end web experiences for US clients.

Join our 100% remote LATAM team and mentor junior developers while collaborating with architects, UX designers and QA. Advanced English and 5+ years of fullstack or web development are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fullstack or web development roles.
• 2+ years with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x and/or AEM as a Cloud Service).
• Strong Java backend development within the AEM ecosystem (Sling Models, OSGi).
• Experience developing AEM components using HTL and REST API integration.
• Familiar with Maven-based build pipelines and AEM package management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Advanced English required for collaboration with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement fullstack AEM solutions, frontend and backend.
• Implement backend logic using Java, Sling Models, and OSGi services.
• Integrate AEM with external APIs and enterprise systems.
• Validate, troubleshoot, and debug across frontend and backend layers.
• Lead code reviews and enforce fullstack coding standards for the team.
• Mentor junior developers on AEM development patterns.
• Collaborate with architects, UX/Design, and QA throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate with client stakeholders to manage expectations.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and AEM package management.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives).
