Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to build and maintain enterprise-grade digital experiences on AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM as a Cloud Service. The role emphasizes hands-on component, template, and workflow development with a focus on performance and authoring experience.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of AEM development, strong Java/OSGi/Sling/HTL expertise, and experience with content fragments and GraphQL. This remote U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of AEM development experience.
• Experienced with Java, OSGi, Sling, HTL.
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture (author, publish, Dispatcher).
• Hands-on with AEM as a Cloud Service or AEM 6.5.
• Experience building Content Fragments and headless delivery patterns.
• Strong front-end skills with modern JavaScript and build tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain enterprise-grade digital experiences on AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Develop components, templates, workflows, integrations, and front-end experiences.
• Focus on performance, authoring experience, and long-term maintainability.
• Implement modern AEM patterns including SPA editor and headless delivery.
• Balance technical rigor with editor/content-author needs.
