What You Will Be Doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive restructuring strategies for specific operational functions (Customer Support, Pricing, Sales, etc.) aligned with Trilogy's proven methodology

Senior Advisory Consultant Key Responsibilities

• Implement and refine our established operational frameworks to transform underperforming companies—you'll receive our strategic playbook and not only execute it flawlessly but also contribute valuable insights for its evolution
• Drive measurable business outcomes for our portfolio of software acquisitions, specifically focused on achieving positive margins and exceptional customer retention metrics

Basic Requirements

• Current residence in North, Central, or South America
• Minimum 5 years of enterprise software industry experience, with comprehensive understanding of software practices and ecosystems
• At least 5 years working in operational roles with demonstrable impact
• Minimum 3 years in customer-facing positions (Support, Sales, Collections, or similar functions)
• Demonstrated expertise using generative AI tools with quantifiable productivity improvements to show for it

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
