We're looking for a strategic trailblazer to spearhead a pioneering AI-driven operational framework that ensures seamless scalability and uniformity across all locations. Embrace this opportunity to leverage advanced AI and automation to set a new benchmark in educational excellence.

In this position, you will design and optimize our campus models using AI, implement tailored AI systems for daily operations, and enhance long-term processes. You'll also oversee campus development, working closely with contractors to ensure projects meet regulatory standards on time and on budget.

What You Will Be Doing

• Deploy AI systems to streamline daily operations and enhance long-term processes
• Create and optimize scalable franchise models with AI tools

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
