Qualifications

3-6 years of total experience in external audit, TAS/FDD, fund accounting, accounting advisory, SEC reporting, technical accounting, GL accounting, and/or corporate finance/FP&A.
About 2 years of experience in public accounting required.
CPA licensed or in process preferred.
Strong technical accounting knowledge and business acumen.
Experience with publicly traded companies/clients.
Comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing roles.
Excellent communication and adaptability in new environments.

Responsibilities

Support clients through a variety of strategic accounting, finance and fund accounting projects.
Contribute to or lead initiatives such as: Fund accounting; General ledger close and process improvement; FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting support.
Technical accounting (e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842, SEC reporting).
IPO readiness and public company transformation.
M&A preparation and integration.
Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and team dynamics.
