Job summary

HB Wealth is seeking a Senior Advisory Associate for our Alpharetta office to provide technical and operational support to Wealth and Senior Wealth Advisors. This role serves as the internal liaison, ensuring delivery of client service standards across assigned relationships.

The position involves building financial plans, preparing materials, managing planning software, entering client data, and delivering client-ready outputs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 2–4 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting client relationships.
  • Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency with financial planning, CRM, and Portfolio reporting software.
  • Series 65 or CFP strongly preferred.
  • Criminal background / credit check required.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Wealth Advisors to support client relationships, including meeting preparation, participation, follow-up, and day-to-day client needs.
  • Analyze client information and prepare financial plans, reports, presentations, and customized analyses.
  • Participate in client meetings, take an active role in discussions, and present materials as appropriate.
  • Respond to client questions, assist with account and portal needs, and coordinate with custodians when needed.
  • Maintain accurate client and portfolio information across the firm’s systems.
  • Build deeper expertise across investments, cash flow, insurance, tax, and estate planning.
  • Develop technical expertise in financial planning and reporting tools.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to team initiatives that improve efficiency and the client experience.

Position Summary:

HB Wealth is seeking a Senior Advisory Associate for our Alpharetta office to join an amazing team! This role provides technical and operational support to Wealth and Senior Wealth Advisors. Serving as the primary internal liaison, they help ensure delivery of agreed-upon client service standards across assigned relationships.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining financial plans, preparing meeting materials, managing financial planning software, inputting client data, and developing client-ready deliverables. Senior Advisory Associate may attend client meetings to take notes and handle basic client inquiries but do not provide financial advice.

Job Responsibilities:
