Job summary

HB Wealth is seeking a Client Service Associate Summer Intern to assist our Financial Planners with operational tasks at our Buckhead, GA corporate office. This paid internship runs May 24, 2027 through July 30, 2027 and offers a structured, collaborative experience.

Candidates must be rising seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be local to Atlanta or willing to relocate. In-office, five days per week.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and an ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process client account applications, money movement authorizations, and various other forms to execute account maintenance
• Input and maintain client information within internal and external systems
• Research projects and various operational duties
• End of internship capstone project and presentation

What We’re Looking For

HB is seeking (1) Client Service Associate Summer Intern to work in our Buckhead, GA corporate office. This position will assist Financial Planners in the operational aspects of serving our clients. HB offers a well-structured, challenging, and collaborative Summer Intern program. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a strong, fun team! This is a paid internship, beginning May 24, 2027, and running through July 30, 2027.

Your Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and process client account applications, money movement authorizations, and various other forms to execute account maintenance
• Input and maintain client information within internal and external systems
• Research projects and various operational duties?
• End of internship capstone project and presentation

Requirements

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and an ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
• Must be a rising senior, working towards a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required)
• Client-first attitude with professionalism and integrity
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities?
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Ability to successfully pass criminal background / credit check required

This is not a remote position. Candidates should expect to be in an HB office 5 days per week. Candidates must be local to Atlanta, or willing to relocate.
