Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a senior strategy professional to contribute to specialty pharmacy network design, contracting strategy, network optimization, and market-based pricing approaches to improve affordability and member access. Responsibilities

Proactively identify, analyze, evaluate, and implement specialty pharmacy network strategies and contracting opportunities.
Develop and execute network optimization strategies including pricing approaches and market-based reimbursement methodologies.
Support strategic planning, financial analysis, and business case development for contracting decisions and affordability initiatives.
Translate complex network and market dynamics into clear strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
Present network strategies and affordability opportunities to executive audiences.
Collaborate with other departments and external partners to advance specialty pharmacy affordability solutions.
Monitor industry and regulatory trends impacting network performance and cost management.
Engage with specialty pharmacies, PBMs, providers, and vendors to evaluate opportunities and challenges.
