Qualifications

• Seven (7) or more years of experience in hospital operations, healthcare consulting, or healthcare transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of hospital service delivery models, care redesign, and healthcare system operations.
• Experience with Medicaid programs, public sector healthcare initiatives, or large-scale transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in rural hospital operations and system transformation.
• Provide strategic guidance to rural hospitals on transformation plans and service line redesign.
• Advise on care models and financial sustainability strategies, including value-based payment alignment.
