Precise Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Advisor to support a U.S. Navy program, delivering readiness and sustainment support with data-driven analytics, AI-enabled approaches where suitable.

Responsibilities include producing readiness metrics, decision-support products, and coordinating across operations, maintenance, engineering, supply chain, manpower/training, and financial management. The candidate should have a DoD-level background, active clearance, and a strong track record in strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, physics, operations research, statistics, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Fifteen years of related experience with twelve years in the specified concentration areas.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to the Government and customer on program operations.
• Assess evolving plans and change management strategies and improve business methodologies.
• Develop long- and short-term management plans to achieve organizational outcomes.
• Analyze in-place business, operational, and financial processes and relationships.
• Propose programmatic approaches to redefine current practices and processes.
• Develop program/project plans, guidelines, and controls.
• Demonstrate broad expertise to support an entire domain of client operations (maintenance & supply chain).
