CareOregon, Inc. is seeking a Senior Advisor, CCO Procurement to lead enterprise Medicaid procurement and readiness initiatives, guiding senior leaders to develop compliant, competitive responses that reflect organizational capabilities.

The role requires extensive experience in Medicaid procurement, with oversight of end-to-end processes and strong collaboration with executive leadership to position CareOregon for contract success and long-term growth. Hybrid work with Oregon focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in procurement or related leadership roles.
• Experience developing and supporting responses to government procurements (RFPs/RFAs).
• Experience in healthcare/Medicaid managed care or government programs preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leads end-to-end Medicaid procurement initiatives across the enterprise.
• Develops, coordinates, and submits complex Medicaid procurement responses.
• Partners with executive leadership to align strategies with goals and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and readiness planning for contract awards.
