Catholic Relief Services is seeking a Senior Advisor, Staff Well-Being and Workforce Resilience to design and lead staff care strategies across global programs. The role will oversee psychosocial risk assessment, crisis response, and capacity building with a focus on high-stress environments and remote team collaboration.

The successful candidate will train leaders, translate clinical knowledge into practical guidance, and supervise staff to strengthen organizational resilience and duty of care

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English is required; another language preference is a plus.
• Ability to design and deliver staff well-being capacity-building initiatives.
• Experience working in sensitive humanitarian environments is preferred.
• Strong skills in virtual collaboration and digital communication tools.
• Experience in training, mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Staff Well-Being strategy, aligning with CRS priorities and risk management.
• Develop psychosocial risk assessment framework for use across regions.
• Advise and support country teams on staff well-being and resilience initiatives.
• Coordinate crisis response, including psychosocial support and referrals.
• Oversee training programs to strengthen preparedness and stress management.
• Supervise technical staff and monitor progress toward objectives.
