Job summary

Factory Advisors is seeking a Senior Advisor to lead operational and digital transformation for manufacturing clients. You will operate as an independent contractor (LLC or S‑Corp) within our Global Advisory Network, with travel up to 90% across the US.

You will partner with client leadership to optimize operations, deploy MES/Industry 4.0 technologies, and deliver measurable business results. This role requires deep manufacturing expertise and strong executive-level collaboration.

Qualifications

15+ years of leadership in manufacturing or related disciplines.
Proven track record delivering operational improvements and digital initiatives.
Willing to travel up to 90% and operate as an independent contractor (LLC or S-Corp).

Responsibilities

Lead Operational and Digital Transformation—improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, costs.
Develop specialized expertise across client engagements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and plant leaders.
Drive manufacturing performance with KPI analysis and operations optimization.
Implement MES and Industry 4.0 technologies for clients.
Coach client teams and build sustainable capabilities on site.
Manage risk and ensure successful project outcomes.
