This role requires an advanced degree and 8–10 years in clinical research, with a PhD or PharmD preferred. Remote work for US-based candidates; visa sponsorship not available. Competitive compensation will be offered.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Advisor, Clinical Science to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This role will provide clinical science leadership for early-stage development programs, with a strong emphasis on study design, data interpretation, and cross-functional execution. The position will partner closely with clinical development, regulatory, biomarker, and governance stakeholders to advance complex programs in neuroscience. The ideal candidate will help shape scientific strategy, drive real-time decision-making, and support the development of junior clinical scientists.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $168,000 – $283,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical science lead on early-stage Phase 1/2 clinical trials for targeted programs
• Contribute to clinical development strategy, including study design and data interpretation
