Raymond James is seeking a Senior Advisor, Supervision - Banking & Lending, to lead oversight of margin lending and securities-based lending activities. The role partners with Financial Advisors, Branch Management, Compliance, Risk, and Raymond James Bank to ensure regulatory adherence while enabling responsible growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong data, reporting, and analytical skills to identify trends, assess risks, and coach teams through complex regulatory environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in Supervision and/or the financial services industry.
• An equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate complex margin and securities-based lending activities and review client borrowing and collateral arrangements.
• Interpret regulatory requirements, identify potential risks, and influence business outcomes.
• Help shape supervisory practices that support investor protection and business growth.
