Raymond James seeks a Senior Advisor, Supervision to independently review and approve day-to-day money movement activity while coordinating with financial advisors and leadership to investigate concerns and determine appropriate action.

Role may cross-train to support DR and SARC functions; hybrid work model with less than 25% travel. Strong judgment and clear communication are essential in complex supervisory scenarios.

Formación

• At least five years of Supervision and/or financial services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• Strong knowledge of investments, trading, securities industry regulations, and money movement. Licensing: Series 24 and/or Series 9/10 (or 7, with 9/10).

Responsabilidades

• Review and approve money movement transactions per regulations and firm policies.
• Identify inconsistencies, potential fraud, or financial exploitation and investigate.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Partner with financial advisors, branch managers, regional leadership, Fraud, and other teams to resolve complex matters.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations and apply it to supervisory practice.
• Investigate customer disputes involving senior and at-risk clients when assigned.
