Job summary

The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) seeks a Senior Advisor, Background Investigations & Continuous Vetting (BI & CV) to lead and advise on personnel security programs across the agency. This Tier 1 position supports modernization and risk management within the Trusted Workforce 2.0 framework.

The role requires coordinating with DoW, overseeing adjudications and credentialing initiatives, and guiding transformation efforts to strengthen the U.S.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability applying principles, techniques, and technology in personnel security, suitability, and credentialing to plan and manage vetting programs.
• Proven success leading major transformations in procedures, products, and solutions for risk assessment and Trusted Workforce 2.0 initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Exercise delegated authority to champion the Trusted Workforce 2.0 and foster an agile, secure, continuously vetted workforce.
• Assist the Deputy Associate Director, BI & CV with sustainment, transformation and integration of DoW Personnel Security and Credentialing programs.
• Support BI and CV operations to ensure requirements align with laws, DoW regulations, and policies.
• Advise senior leadership on modernization of personnel security and development of technology-focused systems and programs.
