Job summary

The Archdiocese of San Antonio is seeking an Associate Director of Advancement to support the Office of Advancement, manage scholarships, and engage alumni. This role focuses on fundraising, donor stewardship, and coordinating with Admissions and other departments to advance the school's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in institutional fundraising preferred.
• Experience in alumni relations and external affairs preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support advancement services, development, donor stewardship, and alumni relations.
• Assist in prospect research, donor cultivation, and planning fundraising activities and events.
• Manage scholarships and financial aid and coordinate with donors and admin teams.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Alumni Relations, and Finance to support school operations.
