Job summary

Morgan Stanley at Work is seeking a Project Specialist to drive end-to-end projects for corporate clients, focusing on operational support of equity administration platforms (EEO and SW). You will work with internal and external partners to implement automated, data-driven solutions and ensure accurate execution of client equity programs.

The role requires 2+ years in equity compensation or related fields, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in equity compensation administration or a related field.
• Solid Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiarity with MS Access is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional languages as an asset.
• Familiarity with equity-related accounting, tax, and legal concepts, with a willingness to learn and comply with international regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with stock plan administration systems such as Equity Edge Online, Shareworks or Global Intelligence is preferred but not required.
• Certification such as CEP Level 1 is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Successful execution of assigned projects across various disciplines such as Automation, Data Analysis, Corporate Action, and Administrative support.
• Provide expertise in equity compensation practices, trends, and programs to clients.
• Support client relationship and service management by delivering timely and accurate responses to requests for information.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Onboarding, Client Success Management, Implementation, etc) and external (e.g. Third Party vendors and channel Partners) to implement automated and integrated solutions in support of client requirements for their equity compensation plans.
