Job summary

Cleveland Clinic AtWork is seeking an Experienced Advanced Practice Provider for full-time employment. The role requires travel between Main Campus and North Ohio sites with potential South Market coverage and mileage reimbursement.

Minimum 3 years APP experience, MSN required, and current NP/RN licensure. Clinical duties include primary and/or specialty care across settings with emphasis on education and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• MSN required upon hire or within 3 years for external hires and internal hires moving to APRN role.
• Graduate of an accredited APRN program.
• If in neonatal care service area, Master’s Degree is required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical histories and physical exams; order and interpret labs and imaging as needed.
• Collaborate with the health care team to manage patient care.
• Prescribe and monitor medications as allowed by license and policies.
• Educate patients on disease, treatments, and drug side effects.
• Participate in rounds and coordinate with nurses and other providers.
• Refer patients to specialists and resources as appropriate.
• Ensure continuity of care and serve as liaison with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Engage in quality monitoring and adherence to regulatory standards.
