Credence in Wright Patterson AFB, OH seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to support the Rapid Sustainment Office. You will develop mechanical design calculations, cost estimates, and program documentation for government projects.

This senior role requires coordinating with customers, government personnel, and contractors to ensure compliance and readiness while delivering integrated solutions on complex facilities and systems.

Qualifications

• Requires mechanical engineering knowledge applicable to large facilities.
• Draft PWS, prepare SOW, and develop cost estimates for programs.
• Coordinate with customers, government personnel, and agencies to define project requirements.
• Perform independent technical and cost reviews of facility design submittals and standards.

Responsibilities

• Aid in identifying, developing, and preparing funding and programming documents (PWS, SOW, DD 1391s) for approvals.
• Perform independent technical and cost reviews of design submittals and standards.
• Develop project management plans, construction documents, and enterprise data entries for projects.
• Assist Government with QA/QC oversight and site visits, documenting health and safety hazards.
• Coordinate meetings, briefings, and communications to support project requirements.
• Develop design calculations and cost estimates for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression).
